But when the woman reached her home, she started bleeding profusely. On which the woman’s husband contacted nurse Rekha Goyal and informed about the deterioration of his wife’s condition and again the nurse reached home. Where the nurse kept the woman at her house for a few hours and told her to take her to the district hospital after telling her the need for oxygen. The relatives took the pregnant woman to the district hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead after medical examination. At the same time, the angry relatives protested fiercely in the hospital premises.

The Collector had constituted a two-member team to investigate the matter. Where a two-member team of SDM Anuppur Deepshikha Bhagat, Chief Medical and Health Officer RP Soni conducted the investigation. Nurse Rekha Goyal, prima facie guilty in the investigation, has been suspended. At the same time, the police is also investigating the matter.
