Tata Curvev Features: Tata Motors showcased its all-new Curve Coupe SUV concept at this year’s Auto Expo. This concept concept model gives the company’s upcoming mid-size SUV. In this, a new generation electric architecture design will be seen with new digital design language. The company has confirmed that its production model will come in both ICE and electric powertrain options. Recently, many pictures of Tata Curve have come out, which shows that it will also get the option of CNG fuel.

A CNG button can be given on the integrated climate control panel in its dashboard. Also, it will get dual-zone climate control setup with two toggles, auto park assist and a 360-degree camera. The production model is expected to get all the features shown in the concept model including the floating center console, three-layer dashboard, dual free-standing digital screens (one for the instrument cluster and one for the infotainment system), a panoramic sunroof, A rotary gear selector, a new two-spoke steering wheel and a central armrest were included.
powertrain
The Curve electric variant has been claimed by the company to get a range of 400-500km, however, the details of its battery pack, power and torque output have not been revealed. But it will get a bigger battery pack than the Nexon EV. While its ICE model will get a 1.2 liter DI turbo petrol engine, which will get 125bhp power and 225Nm torque. It will get both manual and automatic gearbox options.
Will get twin cylinder CNG
If the Tata Curve is introduced in the CNG version, it is expected to use the company’s new twin-cylinder technology, as seen in the Altroz CNG. This technology will also be used in Punch CNG and Nexon CNG models. This car will be launched in 2024.
who will compete
This Curve SUV will compete with SUVs like Hyundai Creta and Maruti Grand Vitara. Hyundai is going to update its Creta soon, which will get three engine options, while Grand Vitara is also available in CNG versions including mild hybrid and strong hybrid.
