Maruti Suzuki Invicto vs Toyota Innova Hycross vs Mahindra XUV700: The premium SUV segment has seen a lot of movement in the last few years. Talking about the size of the three vehicles, the Innova Hycross and the Invicto are equally long with a length of 4755 mm. While the XUV700 is slightly shorter with a length of 4695 mm. In terms of width, the Innova/Invicto measures 1890 mm and the XUV700 measures 1850 mm. The wheelbase is also significant, which is 2750 mm in the XUV700 and 2850 mm in the Innova Hycross/Invicto.

Which has more features?

All the three vehicles get dual-zone AC, connected car technology, a large panoramic sunroof and many more features. The Invicto/Innova gets a captain seat option, a panoramic sunroof to light up the cabin and cooled cupholders with sunshade and individual cup holders at the rear. Also you can adjust the rear seat. The Innova/Invicto gets a powered driver seat and cooled seat along with a host of other features at the front. Extendable footrest is also available in Innova. On the other hand, features like pop-out door handles, wireless charger, air purifier, 12-speaker audio system are available in the XUV700. While both the Innova and XUV700 have ADAS as a safety feature, the Invicto does not.

The XUV700 is available with 2.0L turbo petrol producing 200bhp power and 2.2L diesel producing 185bhp power with manual/automatic plus all wheel drive. The Innova Hycross/Invicto, on the other hand, is available with a 180bhp strong hybrid powertrain and an eCVT gearbox. Innova Highcross has been given a 2.0 liter petrol engine.

Which car is better in terms of price?

The XUV700 is priced between Rs 14-26 lakh, while the Innova Highcross is priced between Rs 18.8 lakh to Rs 30 lakh. If we talk about Invicto, it comes below the Hycross. The price of which is between Rs 24.7 lakh to Rs 28.4 lakh. The XUV700 is available with a diesel engine and a more powerful petrol, with a lot of focus on off-road capability with cool looks and all wheel drive. Whereas in Invicto and Innova Hycross, more attention has been paid to comfort, mileage and space.
