Mahindra Vehicle Sales Report June 2023: Mahindra & Mahindra sold a total of 62,429 vehicles in June 2023, of which 32,585 were SUVs. Which is 22 percent more than the 26,620 vehicles sold in June 2022. Mahindra XUV700 and Scorpio dominated the vehicles sold last month. While in the utility segment, the company managed to sell 33,986 units with exports.

SUV portfolio in high demand

According to the information given by the company, due to the increasing demand for the SUV portfolio, the company managed to sell 32,585 units in June this year as compared to the previous year, which is an increase of 22 percent. However, the sales of the SUV faced problems for some time due to some problems in the supply of its engine related parts.

59% growth in three wheeler sales

On the other hand, if we talk about three wheelers (with electric three wheeler) sold by Mahindra, the company saw a growth of 59 percent. In June last year, the company sold 4,008 units, against which in June 2023, the company managed to sell 6,377 units.

decline in exports

At the same time, the company faced a decline in the sales of vehicles from the global market, in June 2022, the company exported 2,777 units. While last month it was able to export only 2,505 units. Which is a drop of 10 percent.

Mahindra has a strong portfolio of SUVs

There is a huge demand for Mahindra vehicles in the domestic market, especially SUV vehicles. Which are available with Mahindra with more than one better option. The portfolio with the company includes powerful vehicles like Mahindra Scorpio, Thar, XUV300, XUV500, XUV700, Mahindra Bolero and Mahindra Scorpio-N.
