Triumph-Bajaj New Bike: Triumph’s affordable bike 27 will make its global debut on June 2023. This new bike, designed in collaboration with Bajaj Auto, will be introduced in India in the first week of July 2023. Ahead of the official launch, Triumph India has released a teaser for the bike, revealing some important details. The company will introduce two motorcycles in India – a roadster and a scrambler.

Bajaj Auto has been instrumental in Triumph’s entry into the fast-growing middle-weight motorcycle segment. The company will introduce the new single-cylinder bike in the most competitive entry-level, mid-capacity segment, which is currently occupied by Royal Enfield. These motorcycles have been spotted several times testing in India.
Design
The new Triumph Scrambler motorcycle is likely to incorporate styling elements like the larger Triumph Bonneville. In which a simple design with advanced treatment and a neo-retro design elements will be seen. The scrambler will get a plush seat, a single exhaust, a rear grab handle for the pillion, a single-piece seat and bar-end mirrors for a comfortable ride. The motorcycle will get a retro-styled LED headlights, a normal fuel tank and an open frame design.
engine
The new roadster is likely to borrow design elements from Triumph’s street lineup. It will get USD front forks, rear mono shock, disc brake, round shaped LED headlamp and alloy wheels. The new motorcycle is likely to be powered by a 400cc or 373cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine from KTM, which can generate 35-40bhp power and over 40Nm torque. Its performance is likely to be similar to that of the KTM 390 Adventure.
price and rival
The price of this new bike is likely to start from around Rs 2.5 lakh, the Triumph-Bajaj roadster will compete with the Honda CB300R, and the upcoming RE Hunter 450, which the companies are testing. The price of the new scrambler is likely to be around Rs. 2.8 lakhs and it will rival the Royal Enfield Scrambler 411.
