Indore News: After men, now women are also doing drug business in MP

Indore News: Madhya Pradesh’s Indore Crime Branch is continuously taking action against drugs under Operation Prahar. Till now only men and minor children were involved in drug business, but now women are also getting involved in drug business. Indore Crime Branch has succeeded in apprehending three women with brown sugar charas worth lakhs of rupees in the last one week.

In fact, after men and minor children in Indore, now women are also doing drug business. On the other hand, while taking action under Operation Prahar, the Crime Branch has arrested three women from three police stations in a week with illegal drugs worth lakhs of rupees.

The first case in this is of Rau police station area. Where a smuggler named Munni Bai was arrested with brown sugar worth Rs 10 lakh. So in the second action, the crime branch has arrested Rani Bi from Chandan Nagar police station area with charas worth 1.5 lakh. At the same time, many cases have been registered in the past against the women caught smuggling illegal drugs. At present, the police is engaged in questioning the women.

Crime Branch DCP Nimish Agarwal said that Operation Prahar is being run continuously to keep Indore drug free. Have caught 50 people so far this year. Women accused are also being caught in this. Women have also been found involved in the drug trade. Continuous action is being taken on drug trade.
