Volvo C40 Recharge SUV: Volvo Car India today unveiled the Volvo C40 Recharge SUV, its second electric car in India. The price of this car, introduced with a single variant, will be given at the time of its launch in August 2023 and the delivery will start from September 2023.

Volvo C40 Recharge Color Options

The company has introduced this car with 6 color options. In which there are Crystal White, Onyx Black, Fusion Red, Cloud Blue, Saga Green and Fjord Blue.

This electric SUV has been given alloy wheels with front fascia design, LED head lamps and vertical LED tail lamps, 19 inch five spoke wheel diamond cut.

Volvo C40 Recharge Cabin

Talking about the cabin of this electric car, charcoal and blue inserts have been used in it. Inside, the electric car gets a 12.3-inch driver display, 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, four-way power adjustable driver seat with lumbar support, single passenger power adjustable seat, suede textile/Microtec upholstery, three-spoke leather steering wheel. Features like this are available. Apart from this, keyless entry, dual way climate change, air purifier, gear lever knob and a panoramic sunroof have also been given in it.

Volvo C40 Recharge Battery & Driving Range

A 78kWh lithium-ion pack has been given in this electric SUV, which will have a WLTP certified range of 530 km on a single charge. It has been offered with an all wheel drive system in a single variant with dual electric motors. Its power pack generates maximum power of 480hp and peak torque of 660Nm to this car. The top speed of this car is 180 km/h and it is capable of catching the speed of 1-100 km/h in 4.7 seconds. On the other hand, charging this car with a fast charger can charge up to 80 percent in just 27 minutes.

Volvo C40 Recharge Price

The company has not given information about its price at the moment, but it can be offered around the price of around 60 lakh rupees.

In the Indian market, the Volvo C40 Recharge will compete with electric vehicles like Mercedes Benz GLA, Mini Cooper SE, Audi Q3 Sportback, Kia EV6.
