2023 Tata Safari: Testing of the Tata Safari facelift and Harrier facelift is currently underway. This car has been spotted several times in the past as well. Both these SUVs can be launched around the festive season. Most of its design changes will be inspired by the Curve concept SUV. Both these SUVs will be even more premium both inside and out. Tata Motors has also patented some of the functional features like the touch and toggle climate control panel.

Will get new alloy wheels

Tata Safari facelift will get new 18 inch alloy wheels. These are sported with a 5-spoke design that features a flowing pattern with slits in between the spokes. They look very stylish and muscular. The model that was recently spotted testing was seen with these new alloy wheels. The design of these new wheels is similar to the alloy wheels found on the Seltos, they will come with dual-tone finish and all-black finish.

Fuller and aerodynamic alloy wheels were seen in the previous pictures of the testing module, which will probably be given with the Safari EV. The Tata Safari facelift and Harrier facelift will get a new fascia design with vertical headlights. Also, it will get a redesigned bumper, a wide LED DRL and the central console with the new Tata logo.

The Safari facelift is likely to get a new 1.5L turbo petrol engine. Along with this, there is a possibility of getting many major upgrades in its interior as well. Many new special editions can be seen with the new model. It is likely to get features like ADAS, 360-degree camera, front and rear seat ventilation, leather upholstery, rear-seat entertainment package, panoramic sunroof. Also, it will continue to get the existing 2.0L turbo diesel engine, which generates 168bhp/350 Nm output. Also, it will get a new 1.5L turbo petrol engine with 170 bhp/280 Nm outputs. The price of this new model will also be Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,00,000 more.

Will compete with Mahindra XUV700

The new Safari will compete with Mahindra’s XUV 700 SUV, in which a diesel and a petrol engine option is available.
