Kia Seltos Facelift Features: Kia Motors will launch its Seltos facelift SUV in July 2023 with a lot of major changes. Its facelifted model is already available for sale in the South Korean and American markets. It can be launched by the end of next month. Many important changes will be made in its exterior and interior. Along with this, it will also get a new 1.5L turbo petrol engine generating 160bhp power. This is the same turbo petrol engine that is also used in the Carens MPV. Before its launch, some official details of the 2023 Kia Seltos facelift have been seen on the company’s website.
How will be the ADAS of Seltos
According to a recent media report, the ADAS technology will be available only for the GT Line trims of the new Seltos. Under this safety system, 16 safety features will be included. It will get features like blind-spot collision alert, highway driving assist, front collision mitigation assist, intelligence speed limit assist, rear cross-traffic collision assist, stop and go smart cruise control and safe exit alert.
These features will be available in other variants
The new Seltos will get a panoramic sunroof in the mid-spec and higher trims. The new 2023 Kia Seltos facelift will feature dual-zone climate control for the first time. It will have a new climate control panel. Its upper trims will get features like electronic parking brake. The new Seltos will get an EV6-like key fob with buttons for forward and backward remote start, parking assist and remote start.

According to media reports, the GT Line variant of the 2023 Seltos will use a new 1.5L turbo petrol engine with 160bhp power, which will be paired with a dual-clutch transmission gearbox. A new dual exhaust setup will also be available in its sporty variant. While its entry-level trims will get the option of existing 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine, which generates 115bhp power, and 1.5L diesel engine.
who will compete
The new Seltos facelift will compete with the Hyundai Creta and the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. The facelifted version of the Hyundai Creta will also get the same powertrain options as the Seltos, while the Grand Vitara will get a petrol hybrid as well as a CNG option.
