America’s National Highway Traffic Safety System (NHTSA) received complaints from 30 car owners. Those who told that they lost power partially or completely after the sound came from the car. At the same time, according to NHTSA, 30 customers complained to the Office of Defense Investigation (ODI) for 2022 model Hyundai Ionik-5, in which some problems related to recharging were seen during the first investigation. This problem is due to power surge, due to which the transients get damaged, due to which the charging of the 12V battery present in the vehicle stops.
According to Fox News, the company has said that the software update could be available as early as next month and affected parts will be replaced if needed. On the other hand, according to the information given by the company, the company is fully cooperating in the investigation and is going to launch a service campaign in July to update the software of the affected vehicles.

On which it was claimed by the Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of New York that it was a mistake by the car manufacturer. Who forgot to install anti theft device in these vehicles.
