Electric Cars: MG Motors India today launched its electric car ZS 2023 in the domestic market. Its price has been kept at Rs 27.89 lakh ex-showroom. This car has been introduced with ADAS level 2, which will work on three level sensitivity (low, medium and high) and three level warning (haptic, audio and visual). Apart from this, this electric car has been introduced with 4 color options, which can be purchased in Glaze Red, Aurora Silver, Starry Black and Candy White.

The MG ZS 2023 now also includes ADAS level 2 features as a safety feature. In which traffic jam assist, forward collision warning, speed assist system alert, adaptive cruise control and lane functions are present. Apart from this, safety features include 360-degree camera with rear parking sensors, hill descent control, six airbags (dual, front, side and curtain), electronic stability control, hill-start assist and tire pressure monitoring system.

The MG ZS EV is equipped with all-LED Hawkeye headlamps and tail-lamps and 17-inch Tomahawk alloy wheels. This SUV can be bought in three variants – Excite, Exclusive and Exclusive Pro. Equipped with iSMART next-generation technology, many features have been given in the interior of ZS EV. Such as 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 7.0-inch fully digital instrument cluster, a digital key with 75+ connected car features. Along with this, 100+ voice recognition commands have been given to operate sunroof, AC, music, navigation and many features in this electric SUV. Following the dual-tone iconic Ivory and Dark Gray color theme, the electric car also gets rear AC vents and three drive modes – Eco, Normal and Sport.

A 50.3 kWh battery has been used to power this electric car, which is capable of providing a driving range of up to 461 km on a single charge. The company is offering 8 years warranty on this EV. At the same time, the electric motor given in it gives the power of 173 HP, due to which this car is capable of catching the speed of 0-100 km/h in 8.5 seconds.
