Kia Motors Is Planning To Update Their Present Product Lineup In India

Upcoming Kia Cars: Kia India is set to launch a range of products in the Indian market over the next few months, with at least four updated models ready for production. In which the facelift version of the much-awaited Seltos SUV will be launched in July. After this, the Cairns facelift can be launched in September and the Sonet facelift in December. Apart from this, the fourth generation Kia Carnival will also be launched in the country in the first half of 2024.

Kia Seltos Facelift

The 2023 Kia Seltos facelift will be launched in India on July 4, with the option of a new 1.5L turbo petrol engine producing 160bhp. It will be mated to a DCT automatic gearbox. However, this engine-gearbox combination can only be offered with the GT Line trim. While the existing 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol and diesel engines will be retained. The GT Line variant of this SUV can be equipped with ADAS technology and its mid-spec trim will get a panoramic sunroof. Dual-zone climate control and a new control panel will be included for the first time in the Seltos. Along with this, many changes will be made externally as well.

Kia Carens Facelift

The 2023 Kia Carens can also be equipped with ADAS technology. This MPV is known for its great features and value for money product. It is expected to get a new touchscreen infotainment system, an updated instrument cluster, new seat upholstery and a panoramic sunroof. The new updated Kia Sonet facelift is likely to get very few changes inside and out. In this, the existing engine setup will be retained.

New Generation Kia Carnival

The new generation Kia Carnival was showcased in the form of the Kia KA4 at the Auto Expo this year. In this, the new design language of the company will be seen. The size of this MPV will be bigger than before and it can be equipped with ADAS safety system. Key feature upgrades include a new dual-tone interior theme, a dual 12.3-inch screen setup, new rear passenger view and talk feature, and much more.

The Kia Carens MPV competes with the best-selling Maruti Suzuki Ertiga in the segment. In which a 1.5L K-series petrol engine is available. Also, this car is also available in CNG version.
