If you have filed ITR by 31st July, but have not done e-verification then you are given full 30 days time. You can verify ITR anytime within 30 days.

According to the Income Tax Department’s website, till July 31, a record 6.77 crore people have filed returns. At the same time, the number of people who have registered is more than 11.59 crore. More than 5.62 crore people have got their returns verified. 3.44 crore people have processed for ITR verification.
