Hyundai Exter SUV Launching: Hyundai Motor India Limited is about to enter the mini SUV segment with the launch of its Hyundai Xtor SUV today. Upon its launch, the Hyundai Xtor will be the most affordable and smallest SUV in the domestic market, which will be positioned below the Venue in the line-up of the company’s portfolio. However, it is already certain that it will compete with vehicles like the Citroën C3 and the Tata Punch.

Although Hyundai has already revealed the design and cabin of this car. In which LED DRLs have been given in the split headlight H shape as a feature in the front. This micro SUV has been given a boxy design. At the same time, its cabin has a dual digital display with an 8-inch touch screen infotainment system, which has a fully digital instrument cluster.
The company has built the Hyundai Xtor on the same platform as its Grand i10 Nios and Aura, as well as used their cabin layout. Apart from this, features like cruise control, electric sunroof, automatic climate control, steering wheel mounted controls, rear AC vents are also present in this micro SUV. The Hyundai Xtor could be the most affordable car in the country to come with a sunroof.

Talking about the engine found in it, this SUV will be equipped with a 1.2l four cylinder petrol engine, which generates maximum power of 83PS and peak torque of 113NM. Which is also paired with an automatic gearbox with a 5-speed manual transmission. While talking about its price, it can be launched at an initial price of Rs 6 lakh ex-showroom.
