Honda Two-Wheelers: Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) today launched its new scooter Dio 125 scooter in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 83,400 ex-showroom, which is available in two variants – Standard and Smart. The company is offering a 10-year warranty package on this scooter, in which 3 years standard and 7 years optional extended warranty will be given.
color option
This scooter has been introduced in 7 color options. Which includes Pearl Siren Blue, Pearl Night Star Black, Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, Pearl Deep Ground Grey, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Sports Red and Matte Sangria Red Metallic.
design
This scooter has been given chrome cover with aggressive looking headlamp and dual outlet muffler. Apart from this, it has been given a sporty exhaust, new split grab rail, 12-inch alloy wheels and wave disc brakes along with new graphics.
Features
This scooter has been introduced with features like Smart Find, Smart Unlock, Smart Start and Smart Key. This acts as an electronically matched ID between the smart key ECU and the smart key, making it less likely to be stolen. Apart from this, a lock mod option is also available in its H-Smart variant. Due to which the 5 in 1 function can be used without the key, which includes features like lock handle, ignition off, fuel lid open, seat open and ignition on.
Apart from this, a fully digital meter is available in it, in which trip, clock, side stand indicator, smart key and battery indicator, ECO indicator and service due indicator are also given. Apart from this, features like front pocket, integrated headlamp beam, passing switch are also available in this scooter. At the same time, the storage capacity of Honda Dio 125 scooter is 18 liters.

This scooter has Honda Enhanced Smart Power (ESP) 124 cc OB2-standard PGM-FI engine with silent start.
Suspension & Braking
The company has offered telescopic suspension and three-step adjustable rear suspension with a 12-inch front wheel in this scooter. At the same time, its ground clearance is 171 mm. For braking, Combi-Brake System (CBS) with equalizer has been used in it.
