Honda Elevate SUV: Honda has revealed the mileage of its Elevate compact SUV. If we talk about the figures, the mileage will be up to 15.31 km/l for the manual and 16.92 km/l for the CVT automatic. Elevate comes with a 1.5 liter naturally aspirated engine, which generates power of 121 bhp and torque of 145Nm. While it has a 6-speed manual gearbox as a standard feature, while as an option you also get a CVT automatic with paddle shifters. The Elevate packs a 40-litre fuel tank. The CVT automatic variant is seen here as a better option than the manual as you can get a range of 679 km on a full tank with the CVT Elevate. While the range of the manual is only 612 km. The Elevate will get its pricing by the festive season and you will get to see SV, V, VX and ZX variants in its line-up. This SUV is Honda’s first compact SUV. However, this segment is already full of competitors.
The Elevate that was introduced recently comes with ADAS as well as a host of features like single-pane sunroof, Honda Lanewatch, climate control, rear view camera with multiple angles, leatherette brown upholstery, eight-speaker audio system. The SUV offers 458 liters of boot space and 220 mm of ground clearance, which is best in the segment. Unlike the new Honda City, the Elevate only comes with a standard 1.5-litre petrol engine and does not get any strong hybrid powertrain. However, Honda will also launch its electric variant within a few years as its first EV for the Indian market.
