Do Threads have a Web Version? Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has launched the Threads app in more than 100 countries. The app has crossed a userbase of more than 50 million. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg hopes that soon this app will cross one billion userbase and will be included in popular apps. Threads works exactly like Twitter and you can do many things like post, video share, re-post etc. There are many types of questions in people’s mind regarding threads. One of the questions is whether the way Twitter can be accessed on a laptop i.e. web, is there a web version of threads as well? We will answer you for the same.
There is no web version of threads
Actually, you can access Meta’s threads only on Android and iOS. The company has not yet released its web version. To download Threads, you have to go to Play Store on Android and App Store on Apple. Note, you will be able to login to threads only if you have an Instagram account. People who do not have an Instagram account will have to create an account first, then they will be able to login to Meta’s Threads app.
These features of Twitter are not present in threads
The Threads app may be growing rapidly in the user base due to Instagram, but it does not have some basic features of Twitter. Like in this you will not see the option of following like Twitter. Also, there is no option of DM in it. In Twitter, users can connect with people through Twitter Spaces, but this option is also not available in threads at the moment. That is, overall there is still a lot of work left in threads, after which it will be able to compete with Twitter in the true sense.
