Differences Between Maruti Suzuki Invicto And Toyota Innova Hycross

Maruti Invicto vs Toyota Innova Hycross: Maruti Invicto and Toyota Hycross are a prime example of cars coming with Toyota and Maruti Suzuki badges in the recent past. The Invicto is basically a Toyota Highcross with Maruti badging, with a few minor differences. The biggest change in this is in the front look. Where the Invicto has a lighter grille and a bigger punchy looking Maruti Suzuki logo, although the grille pattern remains the same, the logo is joined by two thick chrome slats while the DRL lighting signature gives a nod to the Nexa, as seen on the Grand Vitara and Can be seen in Baleno. The lower part of the front bumper also gets a new skid plate design. New alloy wheels will be seen as other changes. While its rear styling gets a different tail-light design as compared to the Highcross.

Features will be cut

On the inside, the Invicto’s cabin gets an all black look and is similar to the Grand Vitara like the premium Nexa cars, which also get an all black look. This is different from the Highcross, in which the center console is now available in a copper shade. The same look is also given on the door pads and aircon vents. The second row is expected to get a lot of features along with panoramic sunroof and captain seats. However, the ADAS features found in the Highcross will not be available in the Invicto. Also, unlike the Hycross, the Invicto could only be offered in a lesser variant with the hybrid powertrain. The starting price of Invicto will be higher. However, Maruti Suzuki is looking to increase its Nexa outlets to attract more premium buyers. However, its availability will not be as high as other cars of the company.
