Android Tips: The latest Android phones with Bluetooth 5 and above can connect with multiple Bluetooth devices simultaneously. That is, you can connect two or three different wireless earbuds and speakers to your phone at the same time. If multiple Bluetooth devices are connected to your smartphone, you can switch the audio output to any device of your choice.
Audio is not played from all connected devices
According to the news of androidcentral.com, audio is not played through all connected devices (audio output shift tip in android phone). If your phone is connected to your wireless earbuds as well as your Bluetooth speaker and you get a call, you might not want to answer the call on the speaker. Or maybe you don’t want to watch a video on your speakers.
Switching process on any device
- First of all, understand that you must have Android 13 to do this.
- Now play any audio on your Android phone when multiple Bluetooth audio devices are connected.
- Swipe down from the top to quickly access the Bluetooth tile in the Quick Settings menu
- Touch and hold the Bluetooth option to view your connected devices.
- Now tap the device to which you want to switch the audio output.
- The audio output will instantly switch to the device you select. The current device that is playing your audio will be labeled Active under the list of connected devices.
If your phone is playing audio through the headphone jack, then you can easily change the audio output (audio output shift tip in android phone). Simply open the Connected devices option in your phone’s Settings menu and select the device.
Get audio playback from your favorite device
Depending on the type of media playing on your Android phone, the way you change the audio sometimes changes. When you answer a call, the Google Phone app lets you switch audio devices directly from the app. When you’re connected to a device with a headphone jack, the option to change audio output appears as a notification in the notification pane.
