New SUVs in India: The festive season is about to start soon in India and at this time people shop a lot more than the rest of the year. Honda Elevate
Honda will soon launch its Elevate mid-size SUV. Its booking has already started. It will get a 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine, which will generate 119 Bhp power. It will get the option of 6-speed manual gearbox and 7-step CVT automatic transmission.
Tata Punch iCNG
Tata Motors is about to launch its popular punch SUV in iCNG avatar. Tata’s new twin-cylinder CNG technology will be used in it, which has also been seen in Altroz iCNG. Punch iCNG will get 1.2-liter bifuel petrol engine for power, which will be paired with 5-speed manual gearbox.
Mercedes-Benz GLC
Mercedes-Benz India will launch the new generation GLC SUV on 9th August. It will be bigger and equipped with more features than its current model. Mercedes-Benz GLC will get the option of 2.0-liter turbo petrol engine generating 201 bhp power and 2.0-liter diesel engine generating 194 bhp power. These engines will be mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox.
Citroen C3 Aircross
Citroën will soon expand its portfolio with a new mid-size SUV in India. The new C3 Aircross will be the company’s fourth product in India after the C5 Aircross SUV, C3 hatchback and eC3 EV. It will get a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine that will generate 110 Bhp power and 190 Nm torque. It will only get the option of 6-speed manual gearbox.
Audi Q8 e-tron
Audi will soon launch its fully electric car Q8 e-tron sportback and SUV. Audi’s Q8 e-tron gets a massive 114 kWh battery pack, which is mated to two electric motors. It boasts of a WLTP-certified range of 600 km per charge.
