New Range Rover Velar SUV: Land Rover launched its new luxury Range Rover Velar facelift in the Indian market. The price of which has been kept at Rs 93 lakh ex-showroom. Along with this, the company has also started taking bookings for this car, whose delivery will start in September 2023.

Talking about its exterior, the new Pixel LED headlamps with revised DRLs have been introduced in the Range Rover Velar facelift. At the same time, its side profile has been kept the same as before, while its rear has also been changed. In which the tail lamp and bumper have been redesigned.

Talking about the features given in its cabin, its dashboard has got a new dashboard like Range Rover Velar Sport and Range Rover. Which includes wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a brand new 11.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system running Land Rover’s Piwi Pro, and a wireless charger. Apart from this, some more buttons have been added to its center console. The rotary drive selector has been replaced by new conventional units.

The company has introduced this new luxury car with a single HSE variant and two engine options. That is, the new Velar is equipped with a 2.0l petrol engine, which generates 250 hp maximum power and 365 NM peak torque. At the same time, this SUV also has a 2.0l diesel engine with mild-hybrid system, which generates maximum power of 204 hp and 430 NM peak torque. Both the engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

Its petrol variant has a top speed of 217 km/h and is capable of catching the speed of 0-100 kmpl in 7.5 seconds. Talking about its diesel engine, it has a top speed of 210 km/h and is capable of doing 0-100 kmpl in 8.3 seconds. Its water-wading capacity is up to 580 mm. Also, there is an air suspension with ‘Elegant Arrival’ mode, which is capable of reducing its height by 40 mm.
