Upcoming Hero Bikes: People in India have been waiting for the new Hero Karizma sports bike for a long time. But now the wait of the people is about to end, as the company has confirmed that it will launch the bike on 29 August 2023. The official teaser of the company says, “Witness the return of the legend,” The launching event will be held in Gurugram. Although the specifications of 2023 Hero Karizma are yet to be revealed, but here we have brought some details for you.

The 2023 Hero Karizma is likely to get a new 210cc engine, which is expected to be quite powerful. This engine will generate maximum power of 25bhp and peak torque of 30Nm. It will be linked to a 6-speed gearbox. The suspension setup will get dual-channel ABS system with conventional telescopic front forks and monoshock rear suspension.

Design

Recently, a design patent of the new Karizma surfaced on the web, giving a first glimpse of its design. It gets a sporty avatar at the front thanks to design elements like aggressive fairing headlamps, designer fuel tank, blacked-out alloy wheels, raised handlebar, LED headlamps and taillamps, a split seat, smooth rear section and upswept exhaust. The new 2023 Hero Karizma can get a fully digital instrument cluster with turn-by-turn navigation and real-time fuel efficiency indicator.

Price

Talking about the price, the ex-showroom price of the new Karizma is expected to be between Rs 1.50 lakh to Rs 1.80 lakh. In the Indian market, this bike will compete with Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 and Yamaha YZF-R15. Gixxer SF 250 is powered by a 249 cc engine. It is available in 7 variants and 8 color options.

Company is preparing new bike

Hero MotoCorp is also working on a 400cc bike that will share its platform and engine with the new Harley-Davidson X440. But a different design will be seen in it. It can be launched by March 2024.
