Volkswagen India: Volkswagen India has announced the ‘Annual Monsoon Campaign’ car maintenance service initiative for customers across its 120 service touchpoints in India. This campaign has started from July 1 and it will run for a month. The company will also offer attractive offers on its loyalty products, which include extended warranty, service value packages and other value added services.
Volkswagen India Monsoon Campaign
Under the Volkswagen Monsoon campaign, the company’s customers can avail a 40-point check-up for their vehicle, wherein trained professionals will treat their vehicle. This is very beneficial to avoid any possible malfunctions and ensure a comfortable driving experience. In this, vehicles will be checked for any existing or potential maintenance and repairing services. The company will also provide door-step service to the customers along with Volkswagen Assistance and Mobile Service Units.

Talking about the company’s initiative, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Passenger Cars India, Volkswagen said, “As a responsible brand, it is our endeavor to provide our customers with a smooth, comfortable and enjoyable driving experience. Comfortable and easy service, tension free customer service is the main objective of our initiative.” He also added that, “Through the monsoon campaign, we aim to spread the importance of pre-monsoon maintenance, so that the current season will come. To ensure the safety of customers and vehicles due to difficult driving conditions.
Company sells Tigun and Vertus
Volkswagen India currently sells cars like Tigun, Virtus and Tiguan in the country. Both the base cars get the same 1.0L turbo petrol TSI and a 1.5L TSI petrol engine option. These cars come with a 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP.
