In the top 10 most exported cars, a Maruti Suzuki car once again topped the list, leaving behind some of the company’s best-selling cars. Yes! Maruti S Preso was number one
Maruti S Presso was the most exported in the last month. During this, 5,925 units of it were exported abroad. Whereas in the month of May last year, this figure was 3,692 units of export. That is, there has been a growth of 60 percent in its exports. The initial ex-showroom price of this car in India is Rs. 4.2 lakhs.
Hyundai Xcent stood second
In terms of maximum exports, Hyundai Xcent stood second last month. Whose 5,198 units were exported. While Maruti Baleno with 4,910 units in third place and Maruti Celerio in fourth place with 3,413 units. Exports of Celerio have increased by 150 percent as compared to last year.
Volkswagen Virtus at number five
Volkswagen Virtus ranked fifth in terms of maximum exports in May 2023. Its 3,099 units were exported. While Maruti Suzuki Dzire remained at number six. Kia Sonnet stood at the seventh position in this list, while Maruti Ertiga was at the eighth position with a jump of 230 percent. At the same time, Maruti Swift remained at the ninth position with a decline of 60 percent. While the last place in this list was Kia Seltos.
