New Sedan Cars in India: Due to the boom in the SUV segment, there is a continuous decline in the sales of sedan segment cars in the country. However, companies like Skoda, Volkswagen and Hyundai have tried to revive it recently by launching new models. After this, some new sedan models are going to come in the market in the future. New-Generation Maruti Suzuki Dzire

Maruti Suzuki will launch the next generation model of two of its popular models – Swift hatchback and Dzire subcompact sedan – next year. The 2024 Maruti DZire will get a 1.2L, 3-cylinder petrol engine with Toyota’s Atkinson cycle hybrid technology. The strong hybrid sedan is expected to return a mileage of around 35kmpl-40kmpl. While the existing 1.2L Dualjet petrol engine will continue to be available with CNG. Along with this, many new features will be included in it.

New Generation Honda Sedan

Next Generation Honda Amaze will be launched in 2024. Updates will also be seen in the platform including its exterior and interior design. Its design can be inspired by the new City and Accord. The biggest upgrade will be the ADAS system, which will get features like adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, lane departure alert, road departure alert, collision mitigation braking system and automatic high beam assist. There will be no change in its engine.

Hyundai Verna N Line

Hyundai may introduce a sportier N Line version of its new Verna sedan. Recently, a test model was spied with red brake calipers, alloy wheels and a dark colored taillight section. It will get many sporty elements like Venue N Line. It will get a 1.5L turbo petrol engine, which will get the option of a 7-speed DCT gearbox with 6-speed manual and paddle shifters.

New-generation Skoda Superb/Octavia RS

Skoda Auto has already revealed its plans to expand its sedan and SUV portfolio in India. This will also include the new Skoda Superb and Octavia RS models. The company claims that the new-generation Superb will set new standards in terms of comfort and space. Its official teaser reveals that the new sedan will get sleek LED headlights and taillamps. Its global model will get many powertrain options. It can be introduced in the global market by the end of 2023.
